60 days to pay out a accident claim. What a joke

Accident on n the 02/10 while on my way to work. The driver of the other vehicle was a honest gentleman who accepted responsibility for the accident and fully did he part to facilitate a smooth claims process. I submitted all the required documents on the 09/10 and I gave Alexander Forbes the chance to process the claim. I then received a mail about a week later requesting the same documents once again after being advised on my original e-mail that the documents were being sent to the legal department to be processed. I then resubmitted the documents as requested and I still remained patient. The assessor was then dispatched nearly a month after all the documents were sent to Alexander Forbes. I eventually received confirmation that the pay out will take place within 30 days of me signing and completing the document. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and they still had the nerve to tell me that I can expect payment by the 16/12/2013.Now how on earth do I get my vehicle fixed now when most panelbeasters close before that date. So now I must wait until next year to repair my vehicle. I shudder to think how they treat their own policy holders if a simple claim takes this long
