No response to let me know my policy was cancelled

The lady we opened the Insurance policy with left Mutual and Federal and didnt leave us with a contact email address or number for us to get hold of about our policy. We have been mailing for almost 2 months now to ask if someone could assist us and call us back. I mailed them 2 months ago to tell them we were going to make electronic payment for the policy and the debit order should be cancelled. No answer from them not even a phone call. SOme woman mailed me a week ago with about 5 or 6 different numbers and emails whic we mailed and called BUT noone could help. it is not in the second month we have not payed the installment due to the fact that noone has sent us banking details to pay our premium and premium for last month then yesterday i get a notification that my Inusurance policy has been cancelled effective emmediately. its not the question of having funds available, its just that NOONE has bothered to call us to assist us to give us the correct information to continue the policy NOW my policy is cancelled because of their administration problems.
