Unjustified rejection of Own Damage M/V claim

Discovery Insure won't pay my motor vehicle claim wherein they allege mirepresentation of the actual circumatances on my part. This is a total falsehood. On the night of 23/6/13 I had an accident as I was trying to avoid a vehicle coming from the opposite direction on lane with bright light. As I veered off the road and heard a loud thud. The feel and sound of it was like I drove into a pothole and against an object all at once in a split second. It was obviously dark. I drove on some distance and turned back to go check out what exactly did I drive into and/or against. I couldn't locate the exact spot where the accident could had happened along that road since it happened suddenly and unexpectedly. But I saw potholes on the edge of road and a few rocks along the road. I didnt get off the car. I started feeling unusual vibration as I was driving away. I drove on until I got to safe place where there were lights and got out to inspect the car. I saw the damage and drove slowly back home until I got to garage to change the wheel. Initially my claim was approved but only to be rejected after an "investigation". Discovery won't give me a copy of investion report to prepare representation
