BE AWARE OF MOMENTUM-THEY DONT STOP TAKING MONEY

I had an Insurance Policy with MOMENTUM - STMT977909/15 for about five/six months now that I've achieved for my Business (Public Liability). My drill Project ended on Dec'12 but still have I continued with said Policy in hope to get more work for the Company. We were forced to do some little Private jobs at the workshop just to make end meat since Feb'13. Every cent that reflected in my Ned bank acc. were a necessity to us but I still let Momentum take the R293.08 debit order plus R18.50 charges every month until end of April'13 when there just were no more income. I saw the Resubmission Letter in my Outlook mail box on 9th of May'13 and replied in a decent manner that I can no longer afford the Policy and they have to cancel. On 16/05/2013 a consultant? Nicky Viljoen phoned me where I also informed her to cancel said Policy but we got "cut-off". On 20/05/2013 I received a e-mail she's sorry but due to the cut-off she couldn't get my details, therefor the Policy is still active. I was on the road then and could not get in touch as my Laptop were at home. On Wednesday, 22/05/2013 I read said mail and reverted immediately (16:00) to Nicky. The results yesterday (24/05/2013) NO REFUND.
