Yesterday I called Momentum Short Term Insurance to chat about my policies with them. They were off-line and could not help me immediately but later on a gentleman by the name of Bronwin Bessit called me. I have been with Momentum for almost two year and my last encounter with them was not good at all and I was even thinking of moving on to a different insurance. Now after the professional assistance received from Mr Bronwin Bessit I am definitely not going any where any time soon. I don't know if it is possible but when calling Momentum regarding your personal policies I would urge people to ask for Mr. Bronwin Bessit. I have my refund and my policy premiums have been adjusted while the benefits are still the same. Thanks Bronwin and keep up the good work and remember that South Africa needs more of you.
