I was involved in a accident on 22 Oct 2013, after submitting my claim and waiting the 6 weeks. I was not happy with the out come of the claim. I then wrote e, mail to Mr Nicolaas Kruger main Boss of the Momentum group. I was so impressed that i received a reply from him.
As he is a extremely busy man, but yet he gave me a moment of his time.

My e, mail was actioned from a lady called Lora Berzi from the Public relations dept, what a amazing person.
She was accurate, spot on and on the ball. No time waisted, she knew how
to resolve the matter.
After she look at all the original facts.

I would like to pay a HUGE compliment to Lora, Thank very much.
Momentum u have a amazing person here.

We often feel like a just a number on the phone, but momentum mad me feel like a person, wow!!

We so seldom find that these days, u knows i might even buy a policy from them in the future.
