Met Odyssey policies "taken over" by Momentum

I keep getting notifications from Momentum that my policy is in errears. Been making enquiries since
April 2013. Momentum staff member advised me that the problem had arisen because Odyssey premiums were paid in arrears whilst Momentum premiums are paid in advance. I advised the lass that I cannot be placed in an arrears situation because Momentum administers differently to Odyssey. I was told that they would have to check their archives and revert to me. On 7 June 2013 I received an e-mail advising "your query has been escalated to our management" - 6 weeks later and not so much as a whisper from them - although another notification of arrears has since arrived in the post.
