I have been having endless problems with Standard Bank. First of all you will wait at least 10 mins for a response from the call centre. Then the person you are speaking to will transfer you to everyone that can't help you. After an hour you go to the branch where you are told to take a seat for another half an hour while, within your view three consultants are not attending to clients!! What happened to customers first? This morning I needed to speak to my PRESTIGE BANKER, nothing prestige about it. So I take off work to go to the bank nice an early to be told everyone that can help you is in a meeting!!! What kind of business is this! They only open at 9, have your staff meeting from 8-9am like a normal business.
