Tax Invoice? So difficult?

Hi,

i try now for weeks to get a proper "Tax Invoice" which states the name "tax invoice" my company name, VAT etc on an invoice. I get transferred around the call-center, send me letters that I can't use at all for tax-claiming.

It's quiet a waste of my our time and money for all the phone calls.

Then I hear, that virgin doesn't deal with business clients (but I stated right from the beginning, that I have business car)??

Then also, I'm not the owner the owner of the car.. it's the business and I told that to virgin. I'm highly disappointed at the moment, because it cost's me quiet some money, because I cant claim the VAT on the invoices.
