Our company has a business account with Vodacom. We receive a statement in the name of the company but the accompanying invoice is incorrect - it is in the name of the owner of the company. I cannot get Vodacom to put the company's name on the invoice. They ignore all emails. The staff at their shops and at their call centres say they are not authorised to make this simple change.
