I am still billed incorrectly

Following a previous complaint to Virgin mobile I was told that the errors on my invoice called excessive usage adjustments would be rectified.
I have received my latest invoice and I see that I still get charged this despite my complaints.
Furthermore I do not see in the invoice where the refund was promised?
Please can you provide me some clarity on this?
