NOT RECEIVED INVOICES FOR TWO MONTHS

Dear Hello Peter, my name is Fanisile Cingci and I have a contract phone on Business Chat with MTN. I normally receive my monthly statement through my email from MTN. During December 2012 holidays I did not receive my statements. After several attempts to get the invoice I was informed by call center agent that on their system it reflects that the statement was sent to me an if I want them to send it again they will charge me R17.00 per statement (Ref. 95770734) and was promised that the matter will be investigated. When I made a follow I was told tht the statement will be sent together with January invoice aroung the 22 of January. When I called on the date I was referred to their legal unit. Yesterday I spoke to Lerato Mbatha from their legal and she indicated that there is nothing they can do for me because they dont generate invoices and I must go and pay the account before I can get a proper invoice and she was so arrogant an did not even wanted to listen to me. My employer pays for my contract phone and I need an Original MTN invoices for them to do tht. My phone now is not working for 2months. Ystrday I wspromised to gt invoice today bt nx.
