ZERO SUPPORT FROM BUDGET FOR MY CAR REAR SMASH

Budget insurance as a service provider have been unfair to me as a customer. I moved to Johannesburg and failed to advise of my change in residential address, but my JHB daytime work address was however updated. Budget have refused to pay my claim for an accident in which another person drove into the back of my car at 9am. I have paid my monthly instalments on time, and have never claimed from my previous insurer.
Refusal to pay my claim is on the basis that my premium would have been R91 more / month had my night time address been updated. I've paid R1070 each month, which is 92.2% of what my premium would have been had my night address been changed to JHB. I should qualify for 92.2% of the value of this claim. I was advised to process my claim through budget as repairs would be quicker, 3 weeks later my claim was rejected. Carel Stander the senior consultant who called me was exceptionally rude when advising on the non disclosure of my change in address. In addition whilst I was advised on the 26 Sep that my claim was declined at around 9am, the panel beater had received authorisation to proceed because the person processing claims had made a mistake.
