I submitted my claim on 29 November 2013 with Budget Insurance. I was viciously attacked in my car while with my 4 year old daughter, her 8 year old cousin and my 70 year old grandmother by hoodlums. Rocks were thrown at my car and the sides were kicked in. The trauma experienced is imaginable to a person who has not gone through that. Now I'm going through another type of trauma where my claim won't be finalised by Budget Insurance because they claim I during my quote stage. I was driving my mothers car since 2007 with no claims on my behalf of which was stated in the quote stages. I got my first car in late December 2011 and paid my insurance premium each month. Now they are telling me that I during my quote stages and refuse to finalise my claim. I've paid each and every premium, which totals more than my claim. I have done my due diligence. Why did Budget not verify the information provided by me before they started willingly and happily taking money from my bank account? And now when I claim they want to repudiate.

I want all my monies taken by Budget back. They promised to fulfil a duty and they are not fulfilling it because the didn't check the facts provided.
