Claimed not repaired almost 4 months late

There was a huge hail storm on 7 or 8 Nov 2012. I called the same day to claim for my car & house that was damaged. An assessor came out in Nov to assess the house & said he would do repairs in Jan 2013. At the beginning of Feb i called to find out why the supplier hadn't repaired. I was told that the authorisation was never given to the supplier by FFW. A new supplier was then selected & same story, I heard nothing & called to follow up on 19 Feb 2013 to find out if they had forgotten to give authorisation again. In the mean time the damage to the ceiling has become worse, my garage needs painting, water leaks into my home upstairs & at my entrance hall which is damaging my paint (entire house was painted a year ago). I have had to spend my own money to try & minimise the damage & to try & pevent further damage. I will be refusing to pay the excess as there has been no inspection to the paint job inside my house which has been damaged by the leakage due to the repairs taking so long to be completed. My entire house is one colour inside so i will need to repaint everything. My car is still full of hail and may only be fixed by the end of Mar 2013. I am a very unhappy FFW client!!!
