Still wating for Wondercoat to come and do repairs

Wondercoat painted our entire house, fascias and window sills in 2010. I have called them back three times since then to honour their 10 year guarantee.

They came out the first two times but this year I am battling to get them to come. I asked them out in the winter months so that they could paint when it wasn't raining. The paint that is peeling off has made nice pockets for rain water to gather in so I wanted them to repair and paint when the walls were all dry and there was no rain around.

A salesman came to assess the damage and he promised they would contact me to come and do the repairs. I am still waiting and send them regular Emails to ask when they will be coming - we have had 75 ml of rain in the last 2 weeks and the paint bubbles now have water trapped inside them - I wonder how they are going to fix that now? That's if they even come out at all!

The first year their service was excellent - that is until we paid them in full, now it's a battle to get them to come out at all. For what they charge and the follow up service they give - I would not recommend them to anyone! Rather paint your house yourself - you will save a lot of money and heartache in the long run..
