While standing at the enquiry counter with a consultant who's trying to help me, after the 1st attempt failed. The other enquiry consultants sitting next to the consultant assisting me, speaks to each other (while assisting customers of their own). Speaking loud enough for me to hear that I'm holding up the queue because I do not understand what I'm asking for.

At this point I'm upset already, as the same consultants couldn't assist me on the 16th January 2013. Where on that same day, the enquiry consultant at the Pinelands Howard centre branch could take the time to understand the query and assist me and gave me a ref number to follow up.

Subsequently, I went back to the Howard centre branch to speak to the same consultant I spoke to on the 16th January where my query was resolved.

My complaint is not so much the fact that they couldn't assist me, but as a consultant, you do not speak about customers like that, while they are there and they can hear you. Customer service.
