Washing Machine Burntout

I recently had the misfortune of having my washing machine burn out. This was serious crisis in our household. Thanks to Thato Oliphat, who was my claims adviser this was no more than a 24 hour inconvenience. I had a call from the appointed service provider within one hour and my machine was collected within three hours of logging my claim. Thato called me back the next morning and advised me my machine was not repairable and that Outsurance would be providing us with a new machine. My wife was "Over The Moon". We had new machine delivered and fitted, by a very professional service provider, by the same afternoon. Thanks Thato for the professional manner you handled the claim. I was pleasantly surprised, not thinking such levels of service still existed. A BIG WELL DONE TO OUTSURANCE AND THATO FOR TRULY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
