I orignally called in to get some amendments done to my account, so i spoke to a consultant and got them done on the phone, however later when I had a look at the account I had found the details to be wrong, not something unusaul when dealing with customer service consultants. I called in again and spoke to Zanele a consultant of Edcon and she tried to assist me with the amendments to my account. Unfortunately she was very rude and ill-mannered over the phone and I was very dissatisfied with the service. I requested to speak to a manager and she made me wait well over 5 mins on the line and I eventually hung up. Customer service consultants should be more kind to customers and liaise with customers more efficiently. I even told the consultant I will leave a comment on hellopeter and she says okay! Really disappointing.
