Disgusting useless service

I have been a customer of Nedbank for many years, however I am appalled by the poor service offered, if we can even call it that.

Briefly, I came into a branch on 4/10/13 to update my personal details, most importantly, my cell phone number.

The consultant at enquiries advised I would be able to do my internet banking immediately after the change of phone number. After a few days I was still unable to bank online.

I then called the branch who explained they could not assist and that I should direct my enquiry to the customer care center. Whilst consulting with a Customer Care Consultant I was advised that all should be sorted and that I could again contact the center if I experienced anymore difficulties. A week later and I am STILL unable to do any online banking whatsoever. My old number is still reflecting. Why is this so difficult to change? After AGAIN calling your centre today, I was told that there has been an error in the loading of my new number and that I need to call the branch directly. I called your branch moments ago where I was told the Enquiry desk was busy and phones not working. I then emailed for which I got an "out of office" reply.

Maybe it's time I leave
