No feedback and conclusion of smart device contrac

Got a smart device from FNB. Was faulty and I reported it within 7 days of receiving device. After only 3 weeks and after I cancelled the contract did they collect the device. Now I am still paying for a device I don't have and a contract that I cancelled.
Real poor feedback and response from them.
