Disappointing Service re Smart Device Orders

I am so thoroughly disappointed in FNB - regarding their service and lack of efficiency when I placed an order firstly online and then telephonically for a smart device from their smart device offer. the Question of who first made the error - FNB or their smart device partner Digital Planet remains unanswered - each blaming the other. to cut a long story short - a month later, i still had not received the order. Telephonically the order was cancelled and then a new order put through with the verbal assurance i would have my device within a week! needless to say a week has come and gone and i have heard nothing further since that phone call. i phone today and cancelled my order - i will now buy my device elsewhere. i have been with FNB for many years, and always referred friends and colleagues to them. however this incident has left me highly irritated and questioning their efficiency.
