Taking money from My account without autorisation

I made an agreement to pay off an outstanding debt at an amount of R500 per month that I would transfer. Nudebt, for the third time, took money R1500, from my account without my authorisation. I have never signed a debit order with them. I don;t even know where they got my bank details. I am absolutely sure this is illegal. Now I have to phone the bank at my expense and have it reversed. and in the meantime I can't buy food for my family.
