I think it's about time i switched to another bank

I ordered a smart device through FNB on the 30th of October, after a week of not getting any response I decided to call FNB to do a follow up on my application. Firstly before I could get any assistance I spoke to two people who were not sure, as usual. Third time around I was lucky and got someone who could assist, she cancelled my application and we had to do a new one, then I was told that all is in order and I would get my smart device between 5 and 10 working days since the device I had chosen was available. A week later I got an sms saying the device I had chosen was not in stock, days later I got another sms saying they had the device in stock and I should expect a call from a courier requesting my details. Today its the 5th of December and I don't have a smart device with me and no courier has ever contacted me and in about 20 days the first instalment for the device will go off my account. This is not acceptable, how long should one wait for a smart device? Maybe it's time I parted ways with FNB, this is the 3rd time I get the run around from them, hopefully there wont be another time.
