Pathetic service once again

Yet again pathetic service one of the many reasons i have closed my standard bank account, applied for vehicle finance, took over 2 days and they have not called, i have to keep calling, and again they decline it because they cannot do simple mathematics, same issue with a bond application, level of service is pathetic nonody knows whats going on especially call center who are only trained to say what the system says.
If ever i had confirmation for leaving it is now.
