Windscreen Direct once again disappoints

I had my windscreen replaced during September 2013 by Windscreen Direct. following an insurance claim via Auto & General. Once the windscreen was fitted I was hearing a disturbing windnoise on the left side of the windscreen. This was attended to after frustating weeks of waiting for them to respond. They replaced the clips of the beading which solved the problem as the clips were damaged when their technician replaced the windscreen. The same week I heard a similar noise on the righthand side when traveling above a certain speed. I reported it to them and has since been waiting from October 2013 for them to replace the righthand side's clips as I believe that the righthand side had the same problem as experienced with the leftside of the windscreen. I understand that during December it was most probably difficult to obtain the parts. However, I've been dealing with lady called Tarren and I spoke to her twice this week. All that she does is to put me on hold for a good 15minutes in saying once that she is waiting to transfer my call to her manager. Eventually, I put down the phone as it was costing me valuable time and money. She did not even return my call. Bad service!
