Poor workmanship on replacement of windscreen

I had my vehicle, a 2013 Volvo S60's windscreen replaced on 22 October 2013 at my workplace in Stellenbosch (Job no27481) by Windscreen Direct which was arranged through Auto & General. The same night when I drove my car I heard a disturbing noise from the side of the windscreen the moment I exceed 100km/hour as well as the wipers were not properly adjusted. I reported it both to Windscreen Direct and Auto & General the following day, but until today no one came back to me to arrange an inspection of the poor workmanship. Each time I phoned either Windscreen Direct or Auto & General promises were made that I would be contacted to arrange for their technical guy to sort out the problem, but to no avail. I am so frustrated with the bad service I've received. This is also giving Auto & General a bad name as they are acting as agents for the insurance company with NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!
