Windscreen Direct
Two months and still waiting

I had my windscreen replaced, by Windscreen Direct, via a claim I submitted to my insurance Auto and General. This work has been done approximately 2 months ago, I then communicated directly with windscreen direct to notify them that my wiper clip is missing. After numerous phone calls and email correspondence it was agreed that my wiper clip will be replaced but they are waiting for the wiper as the clip cannot be ordered separately.
To date after the agreement has been reached, I continued to email to inquire about the status of the part, no response has been received from the agent Riaan RP Roux or Windscreen Direct.
In my opinion the insurance Auto and General should have called the client to confirm if the work has been done and if it is satisfactory, which I think could of speed up the process.
