Mislead

A few months ago I was called by one of the Real people consultant, offering me a cell phone contract (black Berry 9320). I accepted 2the contract and I was told I would receive the phone in a few day. Whn I received the phone, to my surprise it was a standard phone. I was told I would be paying R460.00pm, I thought it would be a top of the range blackberry considering the amount I'd be paying. Neva the less, the phone is 4times over priced as I can find the same phone at any network provider (vodacom/cell-c/mtn) for less than R200 a month. And to make matter's worse, on my bank statement it reflects I hav a Personal Loan wit Real People. Its the 2nd tym I'm reporting BAD service wit Real people, the 1st tym real people send me a email and it reads, (we have received ur complaint, and u will be contacted with in 72working hours). That was the last tym I herd from them, its been 3months now. The consultant sounded very sweet, kind and was very convincing. Being that as it may, its a lesson lnd, neva agree to anything that u do NOT see, unless u r 100% fermillia of the product
