I submitted a claim on the 3rd of Jan 2013, I did get vouchers to replace some of the things that went missing but I received a form from Edith on the 17th of Jan that I had to sign in order to get the cash component. I signed the form and emailed it back to her the same day. She phoned me on the Saturday morning and told me that the payment takes 3 working days. When I phoned on the Wednesday she said the money would be in my account later that day or the next morning. The was not in my account and when I phoned her she said that there was a problem and she doesn't know if it was on her side or a system fault and she had to resubmit it. She then said it is starting over which means it is going to take another 3 working days, this is not acceptable. She also said there is no way to fast track this but I don't believe that is my problem. I need the money to replace things taken from me like my daughters school clothes, she had to use the same dress for two weeks. I need this resolved today.
