Credit Card Department - Terrible Service!!!

I had on my fnb credit card on 03 aug 2013. during the night i received sms notifications that money was withdrew from my account in the USA at an atm. first thing in the morning i phoned fnb department. they send me a form (which i completed and sent back immediately) the person on the phone assured me the card is now cancelled and the investigation will take 20 working days. 2 weeks later i phoned to check up on the process. i was then told that the card has never been cancelled. this person then also send me a form (which i completed and sent back immediately). last week i got a call from fnb asking me what kind of happened on my card.. they are now investigating it. this morning i phoned back again as it has now been 30 working days. only to be told that the case was only logged on the 23 aug 2013 and its going to take 4 - 6 weeks. in the meantime i have been charged interest on these funds. which, through another process i can claim back at a later stage!!!

i have been with fnb for many years and never have i received terrible service like this!!! they are really making things difficult for me.
