I bought a car in November and received a letter from Wesbank indicating my instalment is R2700. Yesterday, Denise Hanekom phones me and was so rude to me, saying I am in arrears. My instalment of R2700 went off my account in January- as the letter said. Now I am phoned saying I am in arrears? And to top it off, has the nerve to be rude about it? I also believe I now have 2 accounts registered on my name i.e. 85210496760 and 85211760899. How is this possible when I only have 1 car? I was also told that I must now pay over R6000? What about my living expenses? My question here is, why was I sent a letter saying that I will pay R2700, and that amount was deducted on the 01st of January, yet now everything changes? I am sure that you will be more than willing to listen to me when I take this to the media and to the ombudsman. I want someone to call me and rectify this mistake, before taking any money from my account. Because if that happens, then we will see how great wesbank' s reputation is in the media and at the ombudsman. I want a valid explanation as to how this happened and I don't want rude people to phone me!!! Fix your ups!!! and phone me!!!
