Santam
1 month later and still nothing!

Have been trying to submit a 3rd party claim for over a month now with Santam to claim from their policy holder who ran a red robot in broad daylight with plenty of witnesses - still waiting for someone to get back to me after submitting all required information and documents but nothing! I'm appalled that this company' name seems to be so well known but the service, delivery and attitude of their call centre and legal department are so shocking!
