No help regarding at the bank ATM

22 December 2013 at about 14:50 the machine swallowe my card and five minutes later I got notification that money was withdrawn from my account and that was my whole salary! It was on a Sunday and didn't have enough airtime at the time and called later on in evening the contact center agent who answered my call told me that the system for reporting for lost or cards was not working since Sunday morning . even up till today i have no joy because I've been sent from pilar to post and have not been refunded! I've been calling countless times and have been to the branch many times! The excuse is I should have called same time but their system was not working any way it would have made no difference. Also what happens if you cant call same time is it your fault!!!
