Still no Reimbursement

On 25 Jan 13, I laid a complaint on Hello Peter detailing my ordeal with Std Bank and the numerous queries I had made since the 14 Dec 12, after the ATM dispensed only 75% of the cash I requested. I also ccd the various std bank email addresses on their website. On 28 Jan 13, I received a call from a std bank rep advising me that they are looking into my query. That was it!! To date, I have not received a reimbursement or any other form of communication from std bank. How disgusting is that? I am absolutely mortified at std banks lack of interest in this case. Surely there must be some kind of legal action that can be taken against them should they not attend to my query. It has been almost 2 months after all. Excellent customer service plays a huge role in my area of expertise and I would never allow any of my client to be as miserable as I am. Hugely disappointed!
