I have submitted documentation to Standard Bank to increase my credit limit due to unforseen circumstances. I also been phoning them every day as the original message was that it will take 24 hours. Today is more than 3 days and I phoned and Melusi at the call centre was helping me. He tried to speak to the credit department but could not get through so he said that he will phone back.

Normally no one ever phone back but surprised I was to receive a call from him an hour later to give me feedback. I'm really impressed.
