I have complaint about an email that I have received regarding Standard Banks online banking although I can't understand why I received this email as I am not a Standardbank client. I have forwarded the email to Marcus Sitole and has followed him up on a few occasions but he doesn't bother to come back to me.
I also asked Marcus to confirm if all my accounts that I had with Standard Bank years ago was closed as this might be the only reason why I received these emails although they don't have my new email adress but on this query I am also still waiting
I was thinking of changing banks to Standard Bank but with this kind off service I will defnitely not
