ATM clause

I went to standard bank atm to withdraw my card was swollen by their atm thereafter while still standing at the atm calling the call center to stop my card one of the colleague which looks suspicious came and insist to use his bank card .while still in the call an sms confirmed the deduction amount of 2000 without any pin accessed, the guy was able to insert his card and the slip came out, so when I came to report in the branch their manager is not taking me serious wherelse my money is gone. I don't understand how come can a person have an access to my account without any pin inserted what is the use of having pin as a security?
