Card For New Account

Last year I open an account at FNB and I was having an existing cheque account, so I, ve decided to close the cheque account and I was left with the new account. So the time I was there to open the 2nd account I was not given a card they only link it to the existing account. My problem now was that everytime when Im swiping the card it was always declining, so I, ve decided to visit the branch to make a new card for the new account. I realised later that I have been charged for the card and I complained for the charges, the consultant helped me in logging in the complained and she told me that she is sending it to Pricing to reverse the charge, So today I got an message saying that my request has been declined. I don, t know why they are declinng my request because its my first time im having a card for the account, and even the card I was using for the cheque account was cancelled in the branch, I didn, t loose any of their cards.
