Duplicate Cards requested by someone else

I was informed that my cc was due for collection in Randburg, I do not live in Randburg and my credit card (business card) has not expired. I called Randburg branch and they said they did not have it there. Nor do I have a garage card on this account. I called card division and was assisted by a very helpful lady who then informed me that the card was at Randburg and had been delivered there by courier on the 3 July 13. The duplicate cards were requested by Nkoropo. Chidi who asked for them on behalf of id 6311305059003. I then phoned Ranburg back again where I was told the cards were there and they would destroy them. Garage card? I do not have a garage card on this account! With all the going on I decided to contact the unit and on my 4th attempt of being cut off I managed to reach some person who then listened to half the story and passed the buck by putting me back through to credit card division whom I had spoken to earlier. Surely if there is so much credit card going on she could have at least listened and I would have told her that I had spoken to card division but wanted to know where this originated! I am really not happy about this situation!
