On friday night money was drawn out of my acc which appears to be card cloning.

I am truley impressed with the call centre efficiency as when i called they were friendly helpful and cancelled my card within mins. Explained the process in complete detail.
when you in shock and your bank acc is being cleared out good service is really appreciated

then on sat i went into randburg branch to sort out new card fill in dispute forms and and and
A gentleman by the name of eddie and a lady by the name of (i think) thendani? helped me and man was i impressed at their understanding, friendly service and willingness to help.

SUPER GOOD JOB KEEP THAT UP ABSA!!!

good service is not easy to come by these days so it really is great
