CAPITEC CATCH A WAKE UP PLEASE

I have complained to the staff at Rosebank branch and the call centre before and got no resolution. When the customer complaints division contact me they are useless and don't give a ..My loan was paid off over 3 months ago yet it still reflects=GET IT REMOVED.I asked for the veco maint, long term saving and retirement savings accounts to be closed. YET YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING. I think I will write a letter every week to a major financial publication complaining about capitec untill it causes enough damage to your reputation to action my requests. FInally I DO NOT WANT the same lady to write a email from the complaints dept =she is a waste of my time, get someone else to do it.very dissatisfied and peed of customer. what a joke ''ASK US'' IM Asking why you DO NOT action my queries..your absolutly useless
