Money was taking from my Absa Credit Card while I was at work and Absa called me immediately to confirm I had done the transaction, to which I advised NO! The next morning as promised by them I received a call from Absa department, who discussed the case in a friendly manner with me and emailed me the forms to complete within 5 minutes of our phone call. They advised that they would look at the case on receipt of the completed forms by myself. Today I received an email to advise that the funds have been refunded and is reflecting on my Absa Credit Card.
The were all very prompt and dealt with the situation in a friendly & positive manner. If it was not for the phone call on the 18/4/2013 I would never have known about the funds taken from my card as I only use my
Absa credit card in emergencies. So thank to the wonderful people of Absa Credit Card & Division.
