Waiting for claim since 24/12/2013

My vehicle was involved in a accident on the 24/12/2013, understanding that everything was closed at that time, my vehicle was towed in and I waited for the panel beaters to open, I did provide feedback to my claims consultant that the quote for my vehicle will be ready on the 6th so she can arrange the assessor on the 8th I tried to phone/email with no success after phone all numbers I could get hold of I spoke the a different consultant the said the no assessment was booked she told me that she would book it, again no feedback I had to phone all the number again and I was informed that the assessment can only take place on the 13th I then spoke to a floor manger say it would be settled that week, I curried the letter to finalize the claim it was delivered on 17/01/2014 at 12:00 pm but today when I phone they still have not started to finish the claim
