I am really concerned about the lack of service I have been receiving from your company for my insurance portfolio. The first time I submitted a claim for groceries after we had no electricity for almost a week. I had to phone to find out the claim status. Then my wife had a tyre burst, I logged a call for emergency assistance. I had to phone again to follow up on whats happening (in that occasion the lady did apologise as she recognize it took too long to update me). My current claim for my household, submitted all documents on Wednesday morning the 15th to Faith Mofiwa. I phoned her to find out if she received the claim, she confirmed that she did. Faith promised to give me an update on Thursday and that never happened. I had to phone on Friday to find out what is happening. I waited for about 10 minutes on the phone listening to your boring music. I cannot keep on phoning and checking my claims that very unprofessional as far as I am concerned especially when the person promised to call me back.
