Rejection of cell phone claim

I am extremely unhappy with cell c who rejected my cell phone claim, they are have rejected the claim for first they said it was not in the time frame, when i explained to them that we called on the same day they then said afterwards it is the sim card that is insured and not the phone, because i used my old cell c card in the phone that was insured, they rejected it for that reason, when i told them that i told the N1 City store staff that i was going to use my old number they told me that it would not be a problem< then last week they told me the claim was rejected because there was not a cell card in the phine @ the time i was robbed from my phone, when i told them that that was not the case they said they would get back to me. this has been going on for a month and i still do have a new phone and they have the nerve to still deduct cell phone insurance off my account even though i do not have a phone >the account is in my aunts name
