Mike, I'm at the point where I will have a heart attack due to the incompetence of EM, I send through acc that EM still havent paid, including pathologist acc NOT related to the birth, but was part of the pregnancy, some before the birth, (which I also have proof of sending before myself) others afterwards, most say on the letters, that EM refuses to pay, so I know that the pathologist have send them, & the Dr DU Toit acc that was Oct, was for my HUSBAND, the Dr is on the panel, yes, this doesnt have anything to do with the birth (common sense I would reckon yeah?) if they have read, they would see it was a normal, day-to-day benefit which was used, for my husband, when he was sick, has that been stated clearly enough? I cannot even begin to start wrapping my head around the fact that ppl that are suppose to be qualified, can not read, write or count. To Dr Dayas acc dated18/09/2013, which EM "will not be held liable" i have the following to say, when I asked that Dr vd Walts acc be utilized under the specialist visits, it wasnt done, EM put it under additional acc, so now, I request Dr Dayas visit, fall under this specialist section as it was not used. i await proof of payments
