Awaiting pre approval email

I have been to auction before, I attended last year. Standard Bank emailed me the pre approval all was sorted. I never purchased the vehicle in the end as it went for too much. Another vehicle i was interested in came on Auction on Saturday. I followed the same procedure. Firstly the consultant who I had been in contact with before did not really know who I was even though we had communicated over email and phone before.
I emailed her saying I need the pre approval please for Saturday. I got a phone call saying I must fill in forms etc, . where as this has been done already??? Why was the pre approval given last year, and no issues etc, . Then the excuse was we need the vehicles details?? How do I give the details if I don't know what I will purchase at the auction?? In any case I gave the info.. And never heard a thing from Mariska Or Fatima. I even called Fatima and she did not bother calling me back.
I am so disappointed as I lost out on this vehicle. What a let down form the Vehicle Finance Department, I might even consider changing banks...
