OUTSURANCE TERRIBLE SERVICE ON MY CLAIM

My tennats in my house reported a underground water leak on the 15 of May 2013 i reported it to Outsurance who said they will send a leak detector to the house to detirmine the leak. On the 22nd of May i still didnt receive any phone call or correspondance. I decided to phone them and was told the leak detector wasnt prepared to drive from Durban to Empangeni, so now its my problem. Since then the water meter is running and im responsible for the water acount.

I wonder how long this is going to carry on i have emailed the nesacary manager twice yesterday not even a response till now. They are definately not breaking there backs for me what a huge dissapointmnet.
