BAD SERVICES - NO FEEDBACK ON CLAIM

Good Day, I have lodged my claim with ABSA on 29 November 2013 but still didnt get any feedback. The assessor did come out but guess what still no feedback. We had a heal storm in November and my roof with my windows got damaged and now the roof is leaking and my whole lounge is full of water and do you think ABSA care. NO THEY DON'T, I'm getting more and more damaged each day and ABSA is just taking there time because they DON'T CARE ABOUT US. But if your bond is not paid they can phone you in 1 second to get the money. I need someone today from ABSA to contact me and let me know what is happening on my claim. And who is going to pay for the rest of the damaged... ABSA IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY, after this claim I will be moving my insurance and bond to someone that can give me great services... THAT IS WHY I HAVE MOVED MY ACCOUNTS AS WELL.
